We’re still on the legacy plan (up for renewal next year) — what is available/not available in the forthcoming 3.0 release for our plan?

Magic highlight: Automatically find key moments in your data and highlight them for easy reference.
Magic search: Enhanced search functionality to empower individuals to find relevant information quickly.
Follow folders: Effortlessly follow all projects in a folder with one click to stay updated.
Public API: Build on top of the Dovetail platform by automating workflows and integrating with other tools.
User profiles: Allow users to create profiles, enhancing collaboration and personalization within the platform.
However, the following features from your legacy Team plan are now only available in the Enterprise plan:
Access controls
Workspace tags and fields
Project templates
Custom branding

Losing Workspace tags and fields breaks my heart though 😞

Yeah, it can be an adjustment. However, you won't lose those tags, and any linked projects will remain linked; you just can't add additional projects. Utilizing the new search functionality helps, find your themes across projects.
