Tagging Video Sections Without Dialogue in Dovetail

Hi everyone, I’m Stephan, UX researcher and in the process of onboarding myself to Dovetail. Question: Is it possible to tag a part of a video where there is no talking taking place? I need to be able to tag user actions where stuff goes wrong regardless if people say something about the thing they are doing. Help would be much appreciated!

In these cases, you can edit the transcript and describe what is happening during the silence and tag it that way. That is how I usually handle it.

Thanks for the suggestion. Problem is that the silent fragment might be 90 seconds and I want to link to the specific event instead of a long fragment in which all kinds of other events might take place.
