Adding Clickable CTAs to Insights Tiles for Better User Experience

Hi! Is there a way to add a button/CTA to the tiles in the Insights so the reader understands that is clickable? My manager yesterday was trying to understand the image not realizing it was clickable to another Insight.

"these don't look like links to other sections, but rather, data embedded into the overview." I changed the layout to see if that helps, but I was wondering if there is a way to add a "button" somewhere?
