Challenges with Bulk Exporting Projects: Seeking Solutions
really struggling to bulk export projects! š my current method is to go into every folder, select all projects in that folder, and export them, but:
- 1.
some exports seem to go on forever, while others are done in a couple of minutes. once an export is running, you cannot export other projects, which leads me toā¦
- 2.
thereās no way to get an overview of the current export happening or to cancel it, for that matter, if itās taking too long. is it stuck? has it given up? i only know an export is still processing (and hasnāt just vanished!) because i get this error message when i try to export other projects.
- 3.
finally, thereās no way to tell bulk project exports apart ā they all have the same filename Project export date.zip. i understand itās complicated to find a name when itās a bunch of projects but maybe using the Folder name in the filename could help?
so my question is: is there a way to cancel an export, when itās taking too long, so i can instead try to export other projects? or what alternatives would you recommend for quickly exporting a lot of projects?
