Adding Contacts to Survey Results in Notes: Is it Possible?

is there a way to add a contact to a note that's not generated from a transcript? I uploaded some survey results and would like to add the contact to the survey so I can add the contact info from the note. I don't see a way to do that

Hi - I did this but the contact still doesn't show up under the contacts section of the note itself to where I update the contact's data from the note
