Hey there! I'm having trouble opening the "contact us" button in-app to respond to an open ticket. I click the button and nothing happens. I relaunched chrome, opened in incognito, and waited a day to see if it resolved but no luck.

whoa, that's weird. i just tried it with our system and it seems to be working. wonder if pop-ups are blocked in your browser?

maybe try relaunching your browser by clicking on the top right button?

i've got it enabled as default but we have some other pop up stuff. Just relaunched so chrome is updated. Nothing from that

But i just found a different org installed blocker (ublock origin) that was messing with it! Seems to have resolved the issue to turn filtering all the way off for that. I guess they just changed their settings or something cause I've never had this issue. All resolved now though, thanks!
