Troubleshooting Clip Saving Issues in Dovetail Highlights

Hey Dovetail I can't seem to be able to save a highlight as a clip. I've been doing without issues up to now, but for some reason it doesn't work now and it only gets saved as a piece of text. I have tried to delete the highlight several times, refresh the page etc and nothing works. Any tips?

I realised this happens when I reject a suggested highlight and then go back and reselect that same bit of interview to tag it. Dovetail doesn't recognise it as a clip anymore, but saves it only as text. This shouldn't be the expected behaviour?

Can you please share the browser URL of where this highlight lives? Please also grant support access by navigating to Settings > click on Account > Navigate to Support access and click Grant support access
