Availability and Tips for Using the New Chat Feature

Hi, some of my colleagues are seeing this chat window. When will it be available to everyone? Is there more information about it, like how we can leverage it effectively?

It's a beta feature and is rolling out to some subset of people. I assume it'll launch more formally after Insight Out.
