Does anyone use both Dovetail and Confluence? I'm trying to take advantage of the new Rovo AI-powered search in confluence, so that it also indexes published insights in Dovetail. Has anyone managed to build this already?
"Randomize avatar" is gone again though from bulk-select on the contact database 🥲
Ah sad. The avatar system is just gone altogether. I found it useful for disambiguating similar-looking contacts to make sure I was linking the right one to the transcript, as well as for catching when a contact had been made ad-hoc improperly
Search has done this as well. When I dug in at once point for a Search output, it was referencing irrelevant content in the Data page that did contain a relevant highlight. For me the steps that led up to the issue were:
