Same. DT wiped out a bunch of contact field inputs on mine and they were lost forever. Never got a reply from support. I also cannot find boards that were nested within projects after another navigation overhaul. So a ton of interviews I cannot find. #wheresmycheese?

You never mentioned any missing fields in your contacts in that support thread. Happy to continue helping you, to do so could you confirm the following: 1. Provide a list of the fields that you can no longer find 2. There can be more than one project view associated with a project. Steps to switch between different views can be found here:
I resolved my issue with help. But I did not appreciate the “dismissive” attitude in the product channel. The message to me overlooks the core issue I was raising: for folks who are not in your platform every day, they have to re-learn how to do things. I spend several hours before I can start my actual job. It is not a matter of you needing to keep abreast with the latest and the greatest. I am cringing every time I log on to dovetail thinking “what changes have they made this time and how long will it take me to re-figure” things out. This is a red flag, makes me wonder if some of the workflows are being tested, researched by you before you push it out. The product got very complex over the years. My two cents…
