Zoom Recording Transcripts Missing in Data Section: Is It a Bug?

Hi, when we import recordings from Zoom, the transcript isn't visible in the Data. I can see it when I click 'View' in the notification pop-up, but it's missing in the Data section afterward. Is this a bug? My whole team is encountering this issue today.

    Hi Dominika Prikrylova, I wasn't able to replicate this within my own workspace. Could you email support@dovetail.com and provide a screenshot or a screen recording so we can look into this further?

    Hi Jazmin I just found it in the Hidden group, but I want it in the Videos group. Why is it ending up completely hidden in the Hidden group? I clicked on 'New' in the Videos group, but it still ended up in the Hidden group. That doesn’t seem logical, does it?

    Thanks so much for providing more clarification on which view you are referring to. I was able to replicate that on my end and have flagged it to our team as a bug🙂
