Feature Request: Merging Insight Field Options for Better Organization

Hi team! A feature we'd really find useful would be the ability to merge insight field options. So for example we use extension fields to categorise all our insights and have a field called topics. It's currently a dogs breakfast, and it would be AWESOME to be able to merge and update the options within this field. Would this be something on the roadmap at all?

We are primarily using only workspace level ones for consistency. We have a single insight field which we call 'topics'. We are doing an audit in the hope to lock down the fields with relevant options, and as part of this audit are seeing very similar options which we would like to combine. It's a very manual process to do this however
