Hi Jocelyn 👋 Thanks for reaching out about this! As of May this year, the community insight and tag board templates are no longer available to browse or install. That said, you can still create and use your own workspace insight and tag board templates. You can also continue to start projects from one of our six updated project templates — or create your own templates as before. Hope that helps!

Thanks for getting back to me! We do have a 10GB limit on video, audio, and PDF files that you can upload into Dovetail unfortunately. You would need to ensure that the video is within that limit or split the file and upload it in smaller parts.

Hi Fatima 👋 Thanks for reaching out about this! I'm sorry to hear that you're running into this issue. Are you running into any errors or a "Failed to upload" banner on the page? Would you be able to try opening the file in QuickTime (or a similar program), saving a new copy of the file through the re-export option, and uploading the new file into Dovetail? This will help re-encode the file and audio track in case there is an issue with the file. Please let us know how this goes!
