Creating a Two-Column Layout for Reels with Accompanying Text

Hey all, (When creating a report using 'insights') Does anyone know can you put a reel into a two column layout with text next to it like in image below? Does anyone else have desire to do this or is it just a me thing? At the moment im having to download as a video then upload as a simple file - this will of course cause me problems in the future when trying to redact PII and delete the video.
