Integration Issue: Importing Tags from Intercom to Dovetail Channels

hi all, i am trying to set up an integration between intercom and dovetail with the channels feature. I would like to import tags only from intercom to dovetail, rather than specific teams. This seemed possible before I got intercom access, see screenshot 1. Now i have the necessary intercom access this is not a possibility anymore see screenshot 2. Any idea how to enable this? We really have no value in enabling specific teams as all kinds of messages and even automated emails send by us are in teams inboxes, while the CC team tags all relevant feedback with tags in intercom.
