Hi! I wonder if there's any common problem with Dovetail in terms of accessing it? Last week we had a lot of disturbances with services in general due to global issues with Amazon servers. But since then, I'm still having issues using Dovetail. It's suuuuper slow to load any page in there, and in many cases it won't even load and I just end up with different types of error messages. It's really slowing down our work and so I wonder if there's any known issues?

Can try clearing your browserâs stored data for Dovetail by following these steps: 1. Right-click anywhere on the page and choose âInspect.â 2. In the panel that opens, click the âApplicationâ tab. 3. Under âStorage,â youâll see sections for Local Storage, Session Storage, and Cookies. 4. For each one, right-click on the site name (or any listed items) and select âClear.â

This will remove any locally stored data and cookies for the site, which can help resolve loading or access issues. Iâve been having intermittent issues logging in too over the past week. Doesnât seem to be a browser thing because itâs happening on Chrome on my laptop and Safari on my phone.
