Bug Report: Workspace Field 'Octopia' Missing in Tag Selection Box

Hi there! I'am sharing a bug. When I link a workspace field (in this case ‘Octopia’) this taxonomy does not appear in the tag selection box when highlighting a video of this project (and only one of the two taxo selected). Any idea or debugfix ? Many thanks in advance 🙂 🙂

Hey Sabri Solani! These are two separate features that you’re looking at 😊 Fields are found in the sidebar of your notes, this is where your workspace fields will be after linking them to the project! Tags are the labels that you add to highlights to group related themes.

Hi Pat Barlow , Thank you for your message. I don't understant why "Octopia" Fields is correctly linked to this projet (1rs screencap) but does not appear when tagging/highlighting videos of this project (screenshot 2 : only "taxonomie general" appears). Is there any other setup to be done ? I don't think so ... Thanks in advance for your infomation, or links to instructions ! 🙂

Sorry Sabri! Octopia is a field group and aren’t tags. If you navigate to Settings > Workspace tags, you’ll see all of your workspace tag boards, this is where you’ll need to create a new tag board to link to your projects to use 😊
