Understanding Inconsistencies in Project Menu Items

Hi everyone, I have a question about the top menu (or whatever you call it) in the projects view. Some of my projects have 4 items there: Data, Highlights, Tags and Insights, some have 3, and some 2. What is the reason for that? I've been trying to figure it out, and I can't.

Could it be the templates you’ve used? Some templates might 2 items in the top-menu while others have 3 or more
