Suggestion to Permanently Pin Views & Filters Menu in App

Would it be possible to permanently pin open the Views & Filters menu? I personally have never wanted it to be closed, and it's very irritating to have to continually open it back up. Or at least make it a user setting?

This so many times! It irritates me to no end and I find myself figuring this out every time... not only is it annoying to have to do it each time, but I'm every time going like why is there nothing here? Or right... where's that option again?
