Improving Accessibility: Highlight Color Confusion in AI Insights

accessibility-wise, it does make it a bit difficult to understand what part of the text is highlighted (in the AI insight summary box), when the highlight colour is yellow and the background colour is a different shade of yellow 🥸 🟨
