Introducing Peter Button: B2B Sales Trainer Focused on Customer Outcomes
Hi Everybody - Iām Peter Button, based out of Banbury in the UK. Iām 40 years into my career as an independent B2B sales trainer and sales team leadership coach. My particular interest is how to change the priorities of B2B sales teams. I help clients shift from an exclusive focus on achieving revenue goals, to salespeople becoming increasingly accountable for the outcomes achieved by their customers. This is a massive challenge for all sorts of reasons! But AI is helping hugely, especially in terms of using repurposed meeting transcripts to create follow-up proposals. My interest in Dovetail is to support our client projects with evidence-based insights from meetings and feedback forms.
