Issues with Summarize Feature in Insights Formatting

👋 I have been attempting to use the Summarize feature while creating insights today and about every other time, I am getting a poorly formatted summary and having to reformat. Just passing along in case it's part of a larger issue.

Thanks Sara! We also utilize userinterviews when we are reaching out to participants outside of our customer base. It is a very nice platform for sure! We also recruit our current customers and use Calendly for that, so I was also looking for ideas there.

Gathering Electronic Consent for Interviews: Best Practices

We are looking into easy and quick ways for users to acknowledge consent forms and/or NDA's when booking interviews with our product teams. Would anyone mind sharing with me how they request and gather these electronically prior to interviews held over Zoom/phone? Thanks!

We have used userinterviews.com as well as Maze for recruiting participants outside our users. Usertesting.com is another one that has a large number of users to recruit from.
