Jazmin Thank you for getting back to me. The feedback we are getting is from a feedback widget embedded at the bottom of each page of our intake application. We receive the download of responses every month.
The columns are as follows:
- Column A: Created_at - when the feedback was submitted
- Column B: Cognito ID
- Column C: Page path, URL string for each page where feedback was submitted
- Column D: Feedback, comments from the user
- Column E: Page name, Name of the page associated with the URL string. / is Homepage
- Column F: What language was the feedback written in
- Column G: Translations for the feedback if given in Spanish or other languages
- Column H: Sentiment
