Hi dovetail team! I created a new note in a project with Suggest highlights turned on — it's pasted in directly from a Google Doc (about 4 pages long, summary of a customer feedback call in bullet points). The AI generated a summary just fine, but when I try to generate highlights, it just says “No highlights found. Please try again.” What could be the reason why it's not suggesting highlights in this case?

Hey team! I've connected my Google Drive to Dovetail and can import slides just fine, but every time I try to import a Google video recording (which is definitely shared with me), I get this error: "Failed to upload!" (screenshot below). Any idea what might be causing this or how to fix it? Thanks!
