I need to receive a customer's screenshare video but it is too big to email to me to upload into Dovetail. Has anyone successfully found a way to upload a customer's screenshare video directly to Dovetail without giving them access to my Dovetail workspace (note I don't have a "guest" option in the user drop-down menu)?
Hi - I can't see any of my interviews in groups within my data tab anymore - I try to create a group (as I have been able to previously) but it won't persist. is this a bug? Now, instead of having notes in my data tab, I have uncategorized
