Sharing Customer Screenshare Videos to Dovetail Securely

Hi 👋 I need to receive a customer's screenshare video but it is too big to email to me to upload into Dovetail. Has anyone successfully found a way to upload a customer's screenshare video directly to Dovetail without giving them access to my Dovetail workspace (note I don't have a "guest" option in the user drop-down menu)?

Hey Meg M. 👋 Thanks for reaching out about this! In that case, they could potentially share the video with you via a private Google drive or One drive link? You can then download the video to your device via that link and upload it into Dovetail. 😊

Thanks - is there a way to invite a customer to the Dovetail project/data without giving them access to any other data in that workspace project? we are on a paidenterpriseot enteprise

You can limit access but this can only be done after they are already a user in your workspace. This means it won't be possible to pre-determine the access level that they have across all your projects before they accept their invite. This is excluding any projects that are not accessible to all the users in your workspace by default.
