Hey RaamKumar S., we have a product to do exactly this - Channels. You can set up integrations (or upload a CSV of the feedback), and let it identify themes and rank them by frequency. Check it out and let us know what you think!

We're planning to add more context into contextual chat soon. At the moment, we aren't prioritizing the canvas clustering though, because I believe that chat will eventually be able to take actions and do a better job of clustering itself. Please keep sending us this feedback! We'll add some feedback widgets into chat to make it possible in-product, at the moment you can use the 👍/👎 buttons.

Hi Brian, I think the best way to do this is by making sure that the feature name is consistently in the project names across the different business team's folders. Then you can do a title search for projects with the keyword you defined. We have to use the title because there isn't a way to store metadata on the projects themselves.

Hey Brian, each row is a data point, but we only look at one column (which you choose) when analyzing the data. The rest is treated as metadata which you can filter by.
