Access Issues with Unpublished Research Insights: Need Solutions

Hi, I am working with a researcher whose unpublished insights are suddenly accessible to other viewers. They've attempted to restrict access at the folder insight level and are not having success. Is this a known issue at the moment?

I'm also wondering how I could see a list of folders we have at the workspace level so I can determine if someone changed the access level of the folder this researcher is working in. I have manager access. Would I be able to do this without creating a project myself to see what folders I have available?
