One of the channels in my workspace freezes and crashes every time I open it. All other pages are okay. I suspect the reason might be a very long date range set for the channel visualization, but I can't change it, because the page is totally frozen and non-responsive.

I cannot reach out to customer support, because apparently, if I have an ongoing conversation with support I can't open another one, even with the AI bot.
