Hi there, I'm trying to set up a new channel with slack integration (we already have different versions of this up and running) and I'm being told the slack integration isn't enabled?
I thought this but we already have it enabled? As I said it's running on other channels as we speak, is it the case that I need to get sign off every time we add a new channel?
Thanks Pam, I'm leaning towards the same - just wondering if anything might have changed recently since I'm sure this hasn't been the case in the past!

It looks like there is a high level of restriction, so most likely approval for each instance. Pam is correct, your Slack admin will have to look into or change the permissions.
