Issues with Bot Reading CSV Survey Responses: 331 Count Detected

Importing a CSV survey file of 331 responses. A whopping 27 KB. Chatting with the data, the bot says it can't see any of the content within the responses. It can see 331 responses but says it can't read the question titles nor count how many responses of each type there are. For example, one question asks about where they live and the possible choices are Rural, Small Town, Suburban and Urban. It can see those 4 categories (and invents one called "mixed" which are the em-dashes or blanks or something). Anyway, it can't tabulate the number of responses in each category and says it would need to see more data. Pretty sure I've done this before with other survey data and it could see the whole thing.

OK in good time. I've been poking around more and it seems that the import brings each line of the CSV into the project as a separate response or note. It says it can't see into individual notes unless I open that one note.

Imported an example MS Word survey summary as a note for it to use to learn the format of the survey. Now it won't quit focusing on that document and ignores the 331 responses in the Data page.
