Hi Im trying to adjust the mapping of a survey as the answer blocks in my insights are not showing which column header they relate to, can anyone help?

Hi Owen H., Happy to take a look for you. To do so could you provide us with the following:
1.
browser URL of the project
2.
browser URL of the insight
3.
Can you clarify why the column has not header? It's blank.
4.
Confirm there are less than 5,000 rows in your CVS file
5.
If you're able to share the CSV file (you can remove any PII and DM me separately)
