Following up from a previous convo about agents. How do I add Viewers as recipients to an Agent? I couldn't figure out how to make it work because the Viewers I was searching for didn't show up when I tried to "@" them.
Hi Amy, Thanks for reaching out. 👋 Happy to help out! Can you let us know where the previous conversation is so that I can review it for context? As for trying to @ a viewer, I was able to replicate this within my own testing and have reported it to our Agents team. In the meantime, if you @ and scroll, you will see the list of users in your workspace and scroll to find the user's name. For any additional feedback on Agents can you report it in the Product Advice Slack channel or in-product here:

Hey Amy, Following up here, I did additional testing, and you need to at least type the first name of the user for the result to show up:
I updated the feedback to allow for the name to show in the results regardless of being typed in completely. Let us know if there is anything else we can help with. Have a great day! 😊
