Trouble Connecting Dovetail to Slack Integration: Need Help

Hey! I can't seem to get the Slack integration to work.. I have had my admin install it to our Slack, and it says it is up and running, but when I post a link from Dovetail, Slack wants me to connect to Dovetail. Following the link, I do all the steps followed by the error message: This Dovetail account is already connected to Slack. Not sure what I'm doing wrong..?

Hi Olivia, thanks for reaching out about this! Would you be able to try refreshing Slack to see if this force updates the application? You can do this by opening your app and clicking Cmd/ Ctrl + R. Once this is done, try giving it another go. Thank you!
