Automating Google Sheet Row Imports for Surveys with Zapier

Is there a way to automate import of new google sheet rows in the new survey import style? I know I can do a CSV import of all the existing data, but if I wanted to automate anything new going forward, is there something I can do? (I have access to Zapier for example)
