Is something going on with login at the moment? My workflow involves having multiple browser tabs open at different Dovetail locations for days or weeks on end. I keep coming back to tabs and finding they’ve randomly been changed to the home page.
having a weird login thing as well. I've had to login via SSO multiple times today, when its usually a lot longer time period before I need to do that

Thanks, Louise. Would you be able to reach out to your internal IT team and confirm the following details within Okta:
1. In your Okta workspace are you using the Dovetail app from the Okta OIN
2. If not, ensure that Authorization Token
and Refresh Token
is checked in General Settings
> Application
> Grant type
The Refresh Token grant is required to stay logged in for extended periods of time
Also, do you know if this is being experienced by any other users in your workspace? If yes, please provide their email addresses as well.

I’ve confirmed with IT that we’re using the Dovetail app from Okta OIN, nothing changed our end.
Grabbed a screenshot of the error that I get when I return to Dovetail (never seen this before this last week or so).

I just click on login and eventually get in via Okta stuff, but am taken to the dovetail homepage for our workspace, not the page I’d originally been on
No way of knowing, I’m the only person doing active work in dovetail, others just follow links I send them and haven’t complained that those links don’t work or anything. They probably don’t leave the tab open or wouldn’t notice if logged out.
Had a different error this morning - ‘Verify your email’ (but no verification link was sent and I could follow the login flow)
Hi Louise, Thanks for following up and providing those details. When you say "I could follow the login flow" does this mean you were still able to log in? Or were you blocked? Could you confirm around what time this occurred? If you are still blocked, can you try logging in again, go through the flow, note the time, and let us know, along with a screenshot of the error?
I can still log in. I saw the verification error this morning when I opened my laptop around 9am BST.
And have you been logged out of Dovetail since logging in this morning at 9AM?
Yesterday - no I only had to log in first thing in the morning. Today I opened my laptop to this error, but I could use the browser back history to go back to the page I was on without having to log in again which is so much better.
