Issues with Canvas View Highlights: Zooming In Makes Text Darker

While using the Canvas view of the highlights, whenever I zoom in, the highlight goes dark and cannot read the user details, etc. What could I do to change this behavior? Is there any settings I can change? It just started doing it this week…
