Frustrating Dovetail Experience: App Cycle and Download Issues

Hi, I'm forwarding feedback from my colleague: Using Dovetail is becoming more and more frustrating experience. This is my endless loop which I can't get out. If I go to dovetail.com, click on Go to App and end up in this cycle again. It's refreshing over and over and slowing down the whole browser. Not to mention the "new" download feature, that downloads the same video multiple times.
