Feedback on UXR Features: Clarifications and Improvement Requests

Hi! Sharing some feedback from our UXR team: • Could you please clarify what the “No tags” category in Highlights means? • When we filter for tags, what does the rule “Tag is empty” represent? • Would it be possible to save our preferred Highlights view (e.g., Board, Table) as a personal default? Each teammate uses a different view, so we’d prefer this to be saved individually rather than across the team. • Lastly, could you please move the contextual chat in Data, or make it movable? It currently covers parts of the transcript, which makes tagging difficult. Thanks so much for your help!
