Tips for Presenting Dovetail Insights and Using Excel Efficiently

Hi, do you have any recommendations on how to present Insights or PDFs downloaded from Dovetail? The quality is not the best. Also, when presenting Insights we can see the Full page option but nothing else. Another question, request, is there any recommendations when using Excel or exporting this type of files? As well as uploading them to generate charts?

Thanks Jazmin I shared with the team to see if this is what the need. Any updates for Excel or surveys please? Another question is, if the "Creator" hides the "Data" tab from the Project, is there a way to avoid getting the videos visible when the viewers search?
