Issues with Highlight Canvas: Zooming Bug and Performance Concerns

is highlight canvas experiencing a bug? When i try to zoom in on a bunch of highlights it then jumps to a completely different part of the canvas. I always find the highlight canvas too slow so might need to give up on it for analysis, but don't recall the jumping around so much. Video attached for reference, you can see it jumps to a different part of the canvas at the end of the recording.

Hi Kelly, Thanks for reaching out.👋 Sorry you're experiencing this issue. Thanks for sharing your video. I know that the canvas has had performance issues in the past. Especially when close to the limit or 1000 highlights. We'll be happy to look into this for you. To do so, could you grant our team access to your workspace by completing the steps below:

Thanks, Kelly! I was able to access the canvas; however, I didn't have the same issues. I was able to zoom in and out without it jumping to another part of the canvas. (I sent you a DM of the video) This makes me think it's a local issue, either your device or network could be causing the issue. Let's try some basic troubleshooting to isolate the issue. ** Clear cache and cookies ** Make sure your current browser is updated to the most recent version. * Try using a completely different browser (safari, firefox, chrome, etc.) Let me know if these steps help.

Hi Cameron, sorry for lack of reply - i thought i had done so. It seems to have resolved itself so may have been a temp or caching issue. thanks for your help.
