Bulk Replace Names for GDPR Compliance in Contact Database
Hey, Dovetailers 🕊️ I'd like to know if there's a way to bulk-replace names in Contact database? We're tightening the GDPR compliance and with now all users having access to contact database on our subscription, I would like to do one of the following:
Replace contact names with an ID (I have a spreadsheet of IDs 😉 )
Remove last name and just keep first names of participants to make them more difficult to identify and protect their PII a bit more
Delete contacts from the database even if they are "linked" to a note (I'd rather we had a lot of "participant 1" or any other number than their full names)
I know i can change the names individually, but I have close to 300 contacts, I'd like to do it in-bulk if possible. Many thanks! 🤗
