Issue 1: It appears that all my contacts have disappeared. And Iāve been using the platform for 4-5 years. Every time I log on, it looks like a different product. I start from scratch. Can you navigate to āļø Settings ā Contacts and send us a screenshot of what you see? Can you confirm if there are any filters applied? Issue 2: Also the format always defaults to grid when I want it boardā¦ for data. every time. How do I get it to stick to board format? In March, we released the ability to add filters to project views without impacting others. If you apply filters, and wish to save the view, you'll need to click on "Save for everyone". Product looks different every time I log on. I can't work like this. You were previously on our Personal Pro (legacy) plan. We are sunsetting our legacy plans, and you received three emails regarding this change, along with in-product notifications notifying you of the upcoming changes. The emails were sent on February 8, 2025, March 9, 2025, and April 5, 2025. Since no plan changes were actioned, you were automatically moved to our Professional plan on your renewal date of April 9, 2025. You can find more on these changes HERE. I closed down the window now I canāt find the place where I can access the support window so I can send screenshots. I am amazed how you guys managed to complicate the UI this much. I feel like it is a brand new product every time I log on. Unless youāre in it on a weekly basis, you have to spend couple hours getting used to the changesā¦
Hi, chiming in as I just reported this issue again after reporting it a couple of months ago.
In March, we released the ability to add filters to project views without impacting others. If you apply filters, and wish to save the view, you'll need to click on "Save for everyone". More info can be found here.
I think we need user-level settings for this and not project-level settings. I always want columns and don't have specific views for the work I do in Dovetail. I understand I might not be using it in the same way as others but this is incredible frustrating š
