Sona G. another option is to right click on your browser, go to inspect and delete it. But I think you have to do that every time you reload Dovetail. (unless you use Arc as a browser, you can use the Zap feature to remove noise and it remembers it for every website)

Hi, chiming in as I just reported this issue again after reporting it a couple of months ago.

In March, we released the ability to add filters to project views without impacting others. If you apply filters, and wish to save the view, you'll need to click on "Save for everyone". More info can be found here.

I think we need user-level settings for this and not project-level settings. I always want columns and don't have specific views for the work I do in Dovetail. I understand I might not be using it in the same way as others but this is incredible frustrating 😞

Hi team, did the default project view settings change? It's appearing as a grid each time. I really never want a grid. I can't find the way to change this ("save for everyone" is gone) I set it to columns, refresh and it goes back to a grid. My other colleague is also very frustrated by this 😢

Thanks Mirjam! Has it been reliable for longer interviews (30+minutes?) I think usertesting has been great and reliable for shorter interviews but potentially it's getting stuck on more intensive recordings
