Viewing Unpublished Dovetail Insights with Filters

Hello Dovetail friends. Is there a way to view all my unpublished Dovetail insights at once, using the filters? I seem to have quite a few I forgot about, and I don't remember them all by name so I can't use search to find them

Hi Madeleine, Unfortunately, you can't filter by published and drafts. However, you can sort by published and then order by oldest. This will move all of your drafts to the top.

Hi Madeleine v. My apologies, I misspoke before. While you can't filter from the Insights page itself, you can use Search and filter by Published / Unpublished. In search, under the Anything tab, toggle "Insights" and then under the More tab, you can select "Published". Once you select "Published" you will be able to select "Unpublished". You can further filter by the project

Ah, that's great! Thanks so much for your help. I sometimes write stub insights that I want to add additional data to later once I've built up more confidence about the insight. But they tend to languish and then I lose sight of them!
