Troubleshooting New Feed Filter Issues: No Results Returned

Hi, I seem to be having issues setting up a new feed - it's not surfacing anything when I apply a filter ? It doesn't matter what the filter is, it's still showing no results when I know there are results

Hi Jo 👋 Thanks for reaching out about this! That's really strange - I haven't been able to replicate this on my end. There is a short lag when I apply a filter but the results show in the end. Are you seeing results when there is no filter applied? If so, have you tried other filters apart from Document Type and Topics? If not, could I get you to try a Tag as a filter and selecting a tag with data that you definitely have access to? Thank you!

Yes without a filter results apply, and I've tried multiple filters. I can quit and try again ? ( The Typical IT support fix 😜)

Ahh thank you for confirming. In that case, would you be able to try logging in via an incognito window and see if it's working there (in case there's an issue with your currently browser session).

Still not working in incognito mode. I will ask someone else im my team to give it a try

Thanks for granting access Jo! It looks like there might be an issue with applying field based filters to a feed. I just tried applying a tag filter to the same feed and it showed results for me. I'll dig into this more to see why that filter isn't working. 🙏
