Not so much "help" but a point about the help on Dovetail. We're in the UK and I put in a support ticket on Friday. By the time I get in on Monday morning I have a note asking if I still need help (that came through in the early hours of Monday morning). I haven't been in work since the ticket was raised as it has been the weekend so a chase is a bit unnecessary. Maybe the ai bot can chill out a bit?
