Bug Report: Thumbnail Video Playback Issues in Highlights Section

Has anyone else experienced this bug? In the Highlights section (Table view), when viewing thumbnail videos, the video will play for a few seconds, then restart at the beginning? Sometimes it will do that a few times before it plays the whole way through. Also if the video is playing and I apply a Tag or Insight, it will restart the video and play for a few seconds, then even restart again for a third time before it continues playing. It's fairly irritating and has happened for as long as I can remember 😖
