Improving Visibility of Project Template Folder Selection

Hi, I have some feedback on the templates pop-up. I've been noticing lots of projects are being created in the wrong folders, and I've realised that when you click 'NEW' and select a project template, that the "create in...." drop-down at th bottom of the modal is being overlooked. Any chance you could look into making this a bit more visible?
