Recommendations for Robust Survey Platforms with Analytics

Hello fellow researchers. I'm looking for survey platform options that have fairly robust analytics beyond just the basics. Bonus if it's user friendly. Currently my company is using Surficate, but the analytics is garbage, to say it nicely. I've used Surveymonkey in the past as well (they had much better analytics). One feature I would love out of a survey platform is if it has the capability to flag user responses that seem low quality (say like finishing the survey abnormally fast). Would love any recommendations!

Have you looked into Qualtrics? On the spendier side as a tool, but they do have add-on services for flagging suspicious responding, in addition to a pretty substantial range of analytics.

I used Qualtrics in a previous job and hated it. The UX and Design was terrible. But, maybe they've improved since the last time I used it a few years ago. Will check it out! Optimal workshop has a great way of flagging potentially low quality responses (at least that was the case when I did a tree test), which was great. Unfortunately, they don't integrate with Hubspot (which I need)

I use Lyssna (formerly UsabilityHub) and love it! Alia K.
